By accessing or using Verified Advisers (“VLB”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting or claiming listings and to keep your account information up to date.
We may request verification documents or phone confirmation before approving a claim. We reserve the right to reject claims that cannot be verified.
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage your subscription from your account. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
If you connect third‑party services such as Google Business Profile, you authorize VLB to access and act on your behalf for the scope granted (e.g., read reviews, post replies).
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity, or to infringe the rights of others.
VLB is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
